Terms and conditions

Generally

You order and pay - and I make sure to get you what you want. If you are not satisfied - call or write me.

Delivery to Denmark is free. I typically use PostNord and GLS. Returns are paid by the customer.

Delivery time varies. In general, I deliver within a week. But write or call me if it is urgent or you want to be absolutely sure of the delivery time. HJULER DESIGN is just me and I hand-hold every order from you.

Delivery and shipping

I usually pack and ship within a week. However, this does not apply to goods where it is stated that it is a made-to-order item with a longer delivery time.
Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-3 working days after the order has been dispatched. All goods are sent with GLS or PostNord. All items are delivered while stocks last. When ordering both stock items and items that are specified as a made-to-order item, I reserve the right to either send the order partially or in total when the ordered items are in stock. THERE ARE RESERVES FOR PRINTING ERRORS, STOCK MANAGEMENT ERRORS AND PRICE CHANGES.

Changes or cancellation of your order

Once your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting me at info@hjuler.design. I can assist you in changing your order IF the order has not been shipped before you contacted me.
If your order has been shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel your order. Please see below for more information on the right to cancel.
Without being bound to compensate you or otherwise cover expenses, I have the right to cancel your order in one of the following situations:
- if an unforeseen error occurs, such as a payment error, - if your payment information cannot be verified or if the information is incorrect, - if I suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in relation to criminal activities
I will do everything I can to resolve any issues that may arise and will keep you informed throughout the process, as well as notify you before I cancel your order. If your order is cancelled, I will refund any payment you may have made to me at no additional cost to you.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner or Euro including VAT.
The total price you accept when you place an order is the amount that will have to be paid.

The right to cancel (Right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days to return and exchange when you shop with me. You pay for the return yourself.

Return

If you would like to cancel your purchase after you have received the item, you send it to me at the latest when the 14-day period expires. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. Remember to get a receipt for handing in the package.
Once I have received the returned goods and checked that they meet the conditions for cancellation, I will return the full purchase price. Please accept that it may take up to 2 weeks before your refund is credited.
If I find that your right to cancel cannot be met, I will contact you by email.

Complaint or defect

In the event of a defective product or an inconsistency – e.g. if the product has been damaged during transport to you - I deeply apologize and ask you to contact me immediately. It is important that you can clearly describe the problems/defect. If your complaint is accepted, I will refund the entire purchase price and all transport costs.
Please accept that it may take up to 2 weeks before you can see the credit in your account.

Defects

You have 24 months right of complaint. You must advertise within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the error or deficiency has been identified.
Please note that the above right to claim defects may expire before 2 years after you have purchased the product, if the product is not made to last at least 2 years or if it has been used outside of normal use.
Disclosure of errors and defects only applies to products that fall under definitions for such under Danish law. For more see www.forbrug.dk.

Disputes

For any dispute regarding HJULER DESIGN, its agreements or purchased from it falls under Danish law and must be dealt with by a Danish court unless otherwise determined by mandatory law.

Privacy

I understand and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. I will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission. Other things

I recommend that you check your order before placing it. Before placing your order, it is possible to correct the information you have given me such as billing and delivery address. When you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt which is a summary of the order you have just placed. I save your order and order confirmation so that you can receive a copy at any time and by contacting us.
